1. Sweepstake begins November 20th, 2007 at 12:00:01 AM ET and ends December 21st,2007 at 11:59:59 PM ET, when all entries must be received. Entries must be submitted via www.visitfinland.com/santa or www.24days.net/mychristmasdream. Complete online entry form, and submit your content as instructed. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsors' servers or elsewhere, are not eligible.
Finnish Tourist Board reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the web site. Use of bots or other automated process to enter is prohibited. It may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the sponsors. Finnish Tourist Board further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or technical failures of any sort. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. In this contest "Authorized account holder" means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
2. Only One (1) Potential Winner will be selected on December 23rd, 2007, and will be notified by mail, phone, or e-mail. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 1 (one) week, or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to any prize, and another winner may be selected. In this case, the Sponsors also have the right to select any of the participants in this contest in a random draw. All decisions of the judges are final and their decision binds in all respects.

The winner will be drawn on December 23rd, 2007, from all entries received between November 20th, 2007, and December 21st, 2007. The sponsor of this promotion is Finnish Tourist Board.
Offer is subject to availability at time of reservation so early booking is recommended. Please, note that the complimentary stay is non-transferable and may not be sold or re-assigned.
Winner and travel companions must be available to travel on the same itinerary, as selected by the Finnish Tourist Board. Additional ground transportation, additional meals, in-room or other personal charges at lodging (e.g., mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses are not included. Additional taxes, fees, and restrictions apply to air-travel prize. Certain restrictions may apply. Accommodations are based on double occupancy. There are no cash alternatives.
3. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
4. Sweepstake is open to anyone outside Finland 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Finnish Tourist Board and their immediate family members are not eligible.
5. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification. Finnish Tourist Board is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this sweepstake, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors. Finnish Tourist Board has the right to modify or cancel this promotion based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability.
6. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The prize is not transferable. No substitutions for the prize are possible, except by Finnish Tourist Board, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.
7. All entries become the property of Finnish Tourist Board and will not be acknowledged or returned. By providing your e-mail address, you grant Finnish Tourist Board the right to send you commercial messages and share your address with others, unless specified otherwise as indicated on the entry form.
8. Except where prohibited: (i) acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner's name and likenesses for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation; (ii) potential winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility (including social security number) and liability/publicity release; (iii) potential winner (and travel companions) may be required to participate in publicity. Affidavits and releases must be returned within ten (10) days of attempted notification or an alternate winner may be chosen.
